1. No Refunds
All payments made to LLMIFY — including credit purchases, Pro subscriptions, and any other paid feature — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Credits and Pro access are delivered instantly to your account.
- The underlying compute, AI inference, and crawling costs are incurred immediately at the time of purchase or use.
- The generated output (
llms.txt,llms-full.txt, AEO insights) is delivered digitally and cannot be returned.
We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credit reversals for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused credits remaining on your account.
- Change of mind or no longer needing the Service.
- Dissatisfaction with generated output, formatting, or content quality.
- Accidental purchases or duplicate purchases.
- Cancellation of a Pro subscription before the end of a billing period.
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Downtime, maintenance windows, or temporary service disruption.
- Inability to use the Service due to your network, device, or browser configuration.
2. Automatic Credit Restoration
If a generation job fails entirely due to a verifiable error on our infrastructure, the credits consumed by that job are automatically returned to your balance. This is an internal crediting mechanism, not a monetary refund.
3. Try Before You Commit
Every new account is granted a free starter balance so you can test the Service end-to-end — including generating real files for your own URL — before purchasing additional credits or upgrading to Pro. We strongly recommend you fully evaluate the Service using your free credits before paying.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@llmify.app. Upon cancellation:
- You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
- No refund or proration is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that file chargebacks for legitimate, non-refundable purchases, and we reserve the right to recover related costs.

If something is genuinely broken or you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@llmify.app before disputing the charge. We review every message and will work in good faith to resolve legitimate technical issues — though, as stated above, monetary refunds are not part of our resolution options.
